ANR Group Inc is recruiting students currently enrolled in Business for a year-round internship opportunity with Hanford Laboratory Management and Integration in Richland,  WA with occasional visits to the Hanford site.

This internship is open to students with Junior or Senior class standing that can be available for a 52-week internship between June 3,  2024,  and May 29,  2025.  This position is a full-time internship.  The student can work full time (40 hours)  during Summer,  Winter,  and Spring Breaks with a minimum of 20 hours during the school year.  The hourly rate for this position is $24.15 per hour for Juniors,  and $26.46 per hour for Seniors.

Duties:

Assist the Records Management Specialist and Manager with coordinating various HLMI organization’s records and processes.  Will be directly involved with contacting SMEs to gain an understanding of their processes.  Assist the Records Specialist with developing and recording process methods for managing records and laboratory results.  Compile data and prepare results.  Objective is to learn to manage multiple tasks and objective (project management)  and suggest improvements to expedite the release and management of official records.

Basic Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the internship.
  • A recent high school graduate,  enrolled in college or university classes for Fall 2024,  or college students,  enrolled fulltime (12+  credit hours)  that have completed at least two quarters/semesters of college education prior to the internship.
  • Working knowledge of office software,  including database or spreadsheets.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment when implementing processes and communicating with staff.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Business or project management skills will be helpful to manage multiple requirements and processes from multiple organizations.
