Description

The Podcast Sponsorship &  Promotion intern will learn professional sales and relationship management skills while connecting local businesses to community impact through arts &  culture media sponsorships.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • In collaboration with the I’m Into This Place team,  identify and approach potential podcast episode sponsors.
  • Be creative about sponsorship packages,  matching the potential sponsor with the right package or creating a bespoke offer.
  • Manage and update the project management database to keep all team members aligned and to move potential sponsors through the appropriate funnels.
  • Represent I’m Into This Place and the arts &  culture community by passionately and professionally talking about the benefits of sponsoring the podcast.  This may include in-person networking events or 1:1 meetings.

Qualifications

I’m Into This Place is seeking self-motivated,  organized,  and creative interns to join the team producing a weekly podcast and multi-media arts journalism.  Our interns become part of the IITP family while benefiting Clark County as a whole.

IITP interns work primarily remotely,  but are an integral part of the production team.  Our ideal interns are willing to take ownership of their work,  hitting deadlines and proactively communicating when they need support or additional guidance.  Strong communication skills,  attention to detail,  eagerness to learn new tools,  and the ability to problem-solve are essential.  Our interns are passionate about supporting and growing arts &  culture in Clark County.
