ANR Group Inc is recruiting students currently enrolled in Law for a Summer internship opportunity with Hanford Mission Integration Solutions on the Hanford site in Richland,  WA.

This internship is open to students with a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of one semester of law school completed at an accredited law school that can be available for a 13-week internship between June 1,  2024,  and August 31,  2024.  This position is a full-time,  40 hour per week internship.  The schedule is Monday-  Thursday,  6 a.m.  to 4:30 p.m.  The hourly rate for this position is $23.93.

Responsibilities

Position responsibilities will include the following:

  • Conduct legal research and writing on complex legal issues with short suspenses
  • Review case files to identify legal issues that must be addressed
  • Write legal briefs and memorandum
  • Assist attorneys with long-term research projects
  • Assist attorneys and paralegals to complete assignments in preparation to represent HMIS
  • Arrange case files to assist attorneys to prepare for hearings and trial
  • On attorneys’  behalf,  coordinate interaction with company officials and opposing counsel
  • As needed,  answer phone,  make copies,  file documents

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA
  • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the internship.
  • Completed at least two quarters/semesters of college education prior to the internship.
  • Enrolled as a full-time student (12+  credit hours)  during the two quarters/semesters immediately preceding the start of the internship. **You may be required to submit an updated transcript prior to being considered for employment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of one semester of law school completed at an accredited law school
