Description

Answer incoming calls,  determine purpose of call,  and forward to appropriate personnel or department.

Greet visitors/guests/members professionally,  determining the nature and purpose of visit.

Assisting HR with any duties that are assigned,  including relaying messages,  emailing requests,  ordering/picking up lunches,  filling cars with gasoline.  Updating and keeping track of calendar.

Responsibilities

Assist incoming applicants with applications

Manages Office Operations

Assists with telephones,  computers,  and printer/copier set-up,  and manage IT vendors

Monitors and maintains office supplies,  including copier supplies and service requests;  places supply orders when needed

Works with Warehouse Manager on office environment and property issues

Oversees kitchen &  restrooms;  ensures employees are keeping areas clean &  organized;  restock all necessary supplies

Manages shipping and mailing activities,  including Fedex/UPS accounts

Create and print fax sheets,  memos,  mail,  reports,  and other documents.

May be required to perform basic clerical duties,  such as faxing documents,  photocopying,  and data entry.

Qualifications

1 year customer service experience

Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills

Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards

Detail oriented.

Proficiency using computer-based systems including electronic health records,  Microsoft Teams,  Excel,  and other Microsoft Office products.
