Our Talent Acquisition Department is looking for an intern to join our team!  The TA Intern will perform various administrative tasks and support our recruiting department’s daily activities.  The TA Intern’s responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information,  screening resumes and scheduling interviews.  If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in recruiting,  we’d like to meet you! This is a great opportunity to dip your toes in the world of Human Resources!


  • Update our internal databases with new employee information,  including contact details and employment forms
  • Source both active and passive candidates through a variety of methods including internet job boards,  networking,  social media,  industry events and job fairs,  local schools and other creative strategies
  • Screen resumes,  interview candidates (by phone or in person)  and recommend top candidates
  • Research new sourcing methods and implement as appropriate
  • Post,  update and remove job ads from job boards,  careers pages and social networks
  • Ensure all job descriptions and job posting templates are consistent and compliant
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System and ensure all applicant data is updated timely for accurate reporting and metrics


  • Familiarity with HRIS,  ATS and resume databases
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Must possess a high degree of organizational and analytical skills
  • Superb ability to multitask
  • Ability to function in a dynamic,  fasted paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and function independently
