PS Media,  a leading comprehensive advertising agency located in Kennewick Washington,  is looking for a qualified permanent part-time Marketing Assistant to join our marketing/advertising team.  PS Media produces quality work for major companies in the Tri-Cities &  beyond.  We are seeking a Marketing Assistant who can participate in various office tasks as well as assist in tasks related to social media.

This assistant should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing materials for PS Media
  • Scheduling and monitor appointment requests
  • Assist in client reporting for various platforms
  • Assist with day to day office tasks
  • Assist with the preparation of advertising materials
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Provide support for social media efforts
  • Monitor social media for trending topics to utilize on social media channels
  • Monitor social and digital activity related to PS Media and its clients

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student (18 or over)  in the Tri-Cities area with an interest in Sales,  Marketing,  Social Media or Advertising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of social media
  • Driven and hard-working
  • Availability to work 1 to 5 Monday through Friday
  • Ability to take direction and multi-task
  • PowerPoint,  Word and Excel experience a plus
