Description

This internship is open to students enrolled in a Cyber Security program and is open to Junior or Senior students.  Internship start and end dates may be flexible depending on the student’s availability.

Statement of Work:

Work along side the I&C /  SCADA Design Authority (DA)  to improve the Pump and Treat SCADA systems and LAN network health and security.  Produce reports on network life span and work with the DA to determine area of improvement and recommended replacement needs.  This position will require student to work onsite 100%  of the time. 

Specific Deliverables include: 
1.  Perform system walkdowns of the six Pump and Treats with Design Engineer (DA)  as needed for as-builting. 
2.  Assist DA to provide an assessment of current SCADA system and plan future upgrade plan. 
3.  Assist DA to rework SCADA tagging at the 200W Pump and Treat as needed to support future expansion. 
4.  Assist in review of existing GLAN system with DA and coordinate with Cyber Security future upgrade plan. 
5.  Interface with facility Design Authorities on design changes.  Review and understand Design Drawings,  Specifications,  Functional Requirements and Calculations as needed.

*Weekly Activities Report –  The Contractor shall provide Buyer with a Weekly Activities Report identifying detailed work activities performed for the week/day:  by name/hours worked and company and,  if applicable,  any detailed problems or issues in completing assigned work.  Weekly Activities Reports shall be submitted to the BTR by COB of the last workday of each week documenting the previous week’s activities.  Additionally,  the Weekly Activities Reports will be submitted as an attachment to each invoice.  Submission of Weekly Activities Reports is required until the contract work is completed.  A Weekly Activity Report will be submitted on weeks where no work has been done.
